SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping within the United States. We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $200 and up. Free shipping applies to Kay Lahens online orders and totaling $200+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Free Shipping may have some exclusion during a sale.

Local Concierge Delivery* is available throughout the Miami-Dade and Broward County areas for a flat-rate fee of $25USD. A 3-hour window is required from the time the order was placed. Beginning and Ending times are between 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday – Friday.

*Exclusions may apply local delivery and are excluded from free shipping.

International Shipping. International orders will be shipped via DHL.

Free Shipping is only available in the United States. Any additional costs that may be incurred during shipping, is the recipient’s responsibility. 

Please note that delivery times go into the same day you place an order.

*Cancellations and changes in the order must be communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes in orders need to be addressed verbally to our customer service team.

*Orders placed on Thursday after 11 am EST through Friday 11 am EST will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 11 am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

*Order placed after 12 PM Eastern Time will ship the next day.

* If there is an error on the billing and shipping information that you have provided, packages will most likely be handled by your local post office. If the shipment cannot be resolved with the post office, it will be returned back to us where we contact you on the discrepancies regarding the issue with the package. 

Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs. 

*Mistakes done on behalf of the customer does NOT void our policies regarding returns. After careful investigation of the issue at hand, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.

*Packages sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as APO-FPO-DOP. Additional rates may apply.

*Coupons: We reserve the right to ship with any carrier if a coupon code was used at the time of purchase. Free Shipping does not apply if a coupon is used during a sale

*We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking has been issued. For LOST or STOLEN packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Unique Fashion is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as natural catastrophic events. 

Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.
